Dr. Cecil Antony

MBBS,Dip. Obst,FRNZCGP

Cecil qualified in India, and has spent most of his postgraduate years in NZ, having achieved the Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Fellowship of the Royal College of NZ GPs and he is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer for Auckland University since 2008. He also holds a certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine and Dermoscopy and is a Member of the skin cancer College of Australia. Cecil has a contract with WDHB for skin cancer since 2010.

Cecil has a pride in being a practice committed to family care. He has a wide range of General Practice skills, and at the present time he visits BUPA North Haven Care Home to provide geriatric care.

He has a deep interest in minor skin surgery and continues to maintain and widen his skills in this area, attending continuing education and peer review sessions, with learning experience from the surgeons who work for the local District Health Board. He loves teaching and Whangaparaoa Medical Centre is an established accredited teaching practice for medical students and trainee GPs.

Cecil and his colleagues provide a welcoming and warm environment for the practice patients.

Dr Tanja Milovanovic

Dr Tanja Milovanovic was born in Serbia, South Eastern Europe where she completed her Bachelor of Medicine at University of Medicine in Novi Sad. She has settled in Auckland, Gulf Harbour, with her husband and 3 children for over 5 years.  

Tanja has worked in diverse locations including Rotorua Hospital, Hamilton Hospital, Middlemore Hospital, North Shore hospital, Mason Clinic ,Auckland City Hospital and Starship Hospital in multiple specialities before joining General Practice. She is currently working towards her General Practice fellowship.

She has special interests in mental health, women's health and geriatrics. 

In her spare time, Tanja enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball and table tennis with her children, tramping, cooking and is very active and loves beaches and outdoors activities.

Dr. Abinaya Elangovan

Abi is an experienced GP with a strong background in family medicine. She earned her MBBS in India and later completed a Master’s in Family Medicine in Singapore. With over 12 years of clinical experience, including nine years in Singapore, she has provided care for patients of all ages and life stages. 

Abi has a strong passion for women's health and pediatric care, providing families with personalized and comprehensive medical care.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her two daughters.

Dr. Sean Cameron

Dr Sean Cameron began his medical journey in Brazil before relocating to New Zealand, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience followed by his medical degree at the University of Auckland. He went on to train as a doctor across New Zealand — including roles in Hamilton hospital, Auckland hospital and Starship Hospital — mainly in emergency medicine and paediatric medicine before transitioning into general practice.

Dr Cameron brings a proactive approach to healthcare, with a particular emphasis on preventative medicine. Rather than waiting for illness to arise, he focuses on empowering patients through nutrition, exercise, mental health, and social wellbeing. He also holds a special interest in men’s health, including hormone optimisation and performance. Outside of the clinic, Sean embraces the coastal lifestyle — hiking with his two labradors, surfing, and making the most of everything New Zealand’s outdoors has to offer.
