Consultations Time allowed for appointments is 15 minutes. Please advise reception if you need longer. Patient portal “Manage my Health”. This is available for patients to subscribe to.
It provides the ability to book online Appointments, request repeat prescriptions and access their Laboratory results. A Chaperone is available. Also interpreting service. If this is necessary please advise at time of booking.

Standard Terms and Conditions
Payment is due on the day of consultation. Non-payment may incur additional fees.
All casual and non-enrolled patients must pay in full prior to consultation.
All fees are based on single appointments (15 minutes). All extended consultations incur additional charges.
Newly enrolled patients will be charged the new patient consultation fee.
Unpaid accounts will be sent to debt collection.
1-hour cancellation notice (including appointments for children under 14 years) is required for a booked appointment otherwise a non-attendance fee will be charged.
There will be a fee when you book an appointment with our nurses.
